*The following must be added to your rate: end-of-stay cleaning for the cottages and tourist tax:

*€35 for the Atelier and the Ecuries * €25 for the Remise

*Tourist tax: €2.16/day/person for the Atelier/Ecuries/Remise 

€1.15/day/person for the Insolite

*In July and August, rentals are for a minimum of 2 nights in the Atelier and the Ecuries.

*Check-in is usually from 5 p.m. onwards.

*Check-out is scheduled no later than 10:00 AM.

• *Pets are allowed
• but the garden and terraces are not fenced off.

• *A 40% deposit on the total stay is required to confirm the booking.

• *You will receive a rental contract and the general terms and conditions by email, which must be signed and returned to us.

• *A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival.
•  
• *The balance of the booking must be paid 15 days before the arrival date via bank transfer.
•  
• *The property is shared with the owners and several guests, so please respect everyone's peace and quiet.
•  
• *Invitations for third parties must be requested in advance.
• This will only be accepted under certain conditions.
